PUPPY PROGRAMS
PupFIT-Foundations™ for puppies 8-16 weeks old
PupFIT-Foundations consists of four x 60-minute specialty classes which will help with the development of cognitive, motor, and social skills all while strengthening your puppy’s bond with you! We cover important topics such as potty training, crate training, jumping, barking, chewing and nipping along with providing you with a foundation in humane, cruelty-free training methods. We empower you as your puppy's guardian to become the best advocate for them to promote a long, happy, healthy life.
C.L.A.S.S. HS (Puppy) for puppies 12-24 weeks old
Our Canine Life and Social Skills HS program combines beginner level basic manners with off-leash playtime with other puppies. Some of the skills practiced in this program are as follows:
Name Game, Sit, Down, Come, Gotcha Game, Sit-Front, Heel (on / off-leash), Confidence Course (obstacles), Comfort Around Food Bowl (resource guarding prevention in practice), Positive Socialization & Meeting Strangers, Physical Body Handling (by pet parent).
Puppy Party for puppies 16-24 weeks old
40-minute positive socialization and exploration opportunities for your friendly, healthy, injury-free puppy! Puppies get an opportunity to learn appropriate play with other puppies and experience different surfaces and obstacles to build confidence in a safe, supervised indoor environment.
ALL AGES (fully vaccinated dogs)
Our signature progressive 7-level program consists of blending manners, tricks and canine fitness while providing the opportunity for your dog to earn trick dog titles with Do More With Your Dog! We use force-free, positive training methods and we promote choice and cooperation while building trust and confidence as a team.
This program uses various pieces of fitness equipment to help you learn to implement fitness and conditioning safely for your dog.
Agility, Rally-O and Scent Detection also make their way into this program.
It is both fun and unique!
Canine Life and Social Skills (4 Levels)
C.L.A.S.S. is an educational, 4-level evaluation program to promote training focused on the use of positive reinforcement and to strengthen relationships between humans and their canine companions.
- Puppy class = High School or H.S.
- Basic = B.A. For Dogs
- Intermediate = M.A. For Dogs
- Advanced = Ph.D. For Dogs
C.L.A.S.S. is about teaching and appreciating real-life, practical skills, such as walking nicely on a leash, settling down, meeting strangers, table manners, attention, and coming when called, just to name a few.
C.L.A.S.S. is the program pathway if you are looking for your dog to earn the CKC Canine Good Neighbor Certificate or if you are interested in Therapy Dog certification.
+PAWSITIVE PACK WALKS
Our local small-group +Pawsitive Pack Walks are structured to keep your dog under threshold.
Our goal is to help everyone learn and make progress without the use of aversive tools & methods. Location and details will be provided upon registration.
